Sunnyvale Heritage Park Mesuem.Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the studio offers an elevated, one-on-one experience. Appointments are never overlapped, ensuring complete privacy and time to discuss your unique skin goals, so each step is tailored to your needs.
As the spa is located at a private residence, the exact address is shared upon booking to protect the safety and privacy of both guests and provider.
For first-time visits, guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for completing a profile. If running late, guests are encouraged to notify the studio of the delay.
Checks, Venmo, and cash are accepted forms of payment. Credit cards are not accepted at this time; thank you for your understanding and support.
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service will not incur any penalty. If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance, every effort will be made to fill the appointment slot. If the slot cannot be filled, 50% of the service fee will be charged. A 100% treatment charge will be applied for no-shows.
Skin Rx skin care products may be returned for a full refund, products must be returned within 7 days of purchase unused, in their original condition.
